Take an exclusive, half-day tour of Roatan, beginning with a short drive through the city of Coxen Hole, then to Flowers Bay Historical Landmark (the oldest church on the Island dating back to the 17th century located on the Iron shore near the sea). Travel from south to north and drive along local and gated communities of Lawson Rock, then on to breathtaking views of the city port from Panorama Hill, perhaps the best place on the island to photograph the ship in port. Visit natural Eco Caribbean Culture Park and learn of our rich Caribbean history and culture including the Pirates which made our Island their hide out, and also learn of the mystical Mayas and Payan Indian the first settlers of our Island all carved on special stones, learn of botanical and the local fauna, guides may spot spiny tail iguanas which roam freely along with our blue crabs, wood picker birds, roaming hummingbirds, and butterflies. Guest may sample some of our local made fruit beverages which are available at the park for sale along with local pastries; after a short eco drive end your day at Las Palmas Beach Resort for a 2-hour stop to relax at the beach listening to island music. Board you’re A/C transportation and take a fascinating drive along the Southeast Coastal side of our Island passing along the historical shipwrecks along Dixon’s Cove harbor and the village of Brick Bay. Once arriving to the commercial center of Mount Pleasant you will enter the Community of French Harbor. The home of our fishing industry. As you drive along the coastal areas you will come across some spectacular sceneries and views of commercial and fishing boats along the Harbor and adjacent seaside villages. As you exit French Harbor to French Cay you will cross over the new VENICE BRIDGE showcasing colorful wood houses on stilt along the East and west Canal. A short drive will take you to FRENCH CAY where you may visit a wildlife sanctuary of Iguanas and local marine life. Here guest may interact with the tame Iguanas and the large, massive Tarpons and other shell species such as lobsters and conch at the marine sanctuary. From the wildlife refuge we will take a 20 mts. ride to the Caribbean Culture Park for and amazing experience of the Caribbean Culture and taste. Where guest will be received by a colony of white wing doves. After delving along winding paths amidst exotic tropical flowers and Palms you will come to the most important part of the park where your guide will introduce you to and amazing experience of the Caribbean Culture as you are introduced to Historical artifacts dating through centuries back from the Mayas and Payas and from the pirates age. You will also see relics connected directly to Sir Henry Morgan the most vicious pirate who roamed the Caribbean during the 16th century.

You will continue on to the west side of the Island to visit Roatan's most exclusive gated community the LIGHT HOUSE ESTATE to experience the tranquility of Caribbean style living as you drive along exuberant ocean side homes along the south coast. After a short drive to WEST END a local popular fishing village which has now and attraction of gift shops and restaurants along the beach where guests may have approximately and hour to stroll around and visit stores such as the Chocolate factory outlet. A relaxing lemonade at the SUNSET SPORT BAR AND GRILL will prepare you for a relaxing scenic drive along the community of SANDY BAY and the gated community of LAWSONS ROCK to the ECO CARIBBEAN CULTURE PARK for a complete natural experience of our Caribbean taste and culture. Eco-Hike Park & Beach

Experience the natural ecosystems and Culture of our Island and for once beathe some fresh and pure oxygen. Your forest hike will take place within the Hottestparrow natural reserve, a place where history and culture meets, upon arrival your guide will provide you with water, gloves and a hiking stick, which will prepare you for a fascinating and challenging adventure, once on the trail your guide will inform and entroduce you to the various species of fruit and medicine trees which have kept our ancestral healthy through generations. As you go deeper into the forest your guides will point out hard wood trees used in the past for the making houses on stilts, fine furniture, boats timbers and Rubber products. once you reach the top of HAWKS VIEW RIDGE you will experience spectacular sceneries of the Northern Coast line and a complete eco reserve area which iclude looking over the Eco Park. You will also have a first hand view of the treasurus barrier reef. You may encounter exotic wild palms, butterflies, the famous wood pickers birds , Iguanas or a hawk, and if you are lucky you may be able to spot out our Island Camaleon along the trail, after the trail hike, will return to the New Eco- Caribbean Culture Park for refreshing island made beverages made of natural Island fruits. After the break you will tour the park loaded with history and culture, you will board your bus on a short drive to Las Palmas beach resort where guest will have a two hour beach break where they can hang out at any of the beach bar and listen to island music, or they may just want to lay out on a beach chair under a palapa or shaded palm. Form here there is a 15 minute ride back to the ship to either of our two cruise port. Clear kayaks and other water sports are available for rent at the beach.

Discover the beauty of our flora and fauna as you stroll along different flowers paths which leads across pleasant bridges which includes the love bridge a place where love ignites and set new flames. Discover the rich history of our native islanders, pirates, and Mayas all carved in semi-precious and mineral stones. Delight yourselves as you walk along exotic flowers path and discover butterflies, and local fauna of the park such as our famous wood pickers and humming birds all roaming free in a natural habitat. Also guest may enjoy a tasting of local fresh made fruit beverages made fruits within season. Here you may also catch up with some authentic souvenirs. You will then take a a short drive through the City of Coxen Hole to Panoramic view point. For pictures opportunity of the town center and cruise port, also here you can catch up on souvenirs of every choice at the island largest A/C souvenir shop. End your day at LAS PALMAS beach resort, there guest will have a 2.00 hour break to relax at one of the island coziest white sand beach. Water sports such as clear kayaks, paddle board and other water sport equipment are available for rent. Furthermore, guest can stroll along the extensive board walk and take great pictures of their Ship in the Bay of Mahogany, and also pick up on some great souvenirs deal. The resort also counts with a food and beverages restaurants where guest can catch up on some local island snacks and beverages.
